A single implant replaces the tooth without touching its neighbours. The titanium root carries the crown on its own, and the bone beneath stays loaded, which is why it does not recede.
We use Megagen AnyRidge and Megagen ST. The implant is chosen individually, according to the clinical situation, the quantity and quality of bone, and the treatment plan.

The price, upfront
What the price includes is written beneath the price. The final figure is confirmed by the treatment plan after the examination and the CBCT scan.
Bone grafting and sinus lift are not included: whether you need them at all is shown by the scan, and they enter the treatment plan with a price before anything is agreed.
Why an implant and not a bridge
A bridge requires grinding down two healthy neighbouring teeth to span one missing tooth. An implant touches none: the new root carries its own crown, the neighbours stay intact, and the bone at the site does not waste away, because it is working again.
Missing more teeth? Two implants can carry a bridge of three to four units. When the whole arch is missing, the arithmetic moves to All-on-4.

Two phases, with a pause for healing
Implant placement is one visit. For three to six months the implant fuses with the bone, then at the second visit the impression is taken and the crown is fitted.
You can travel the very next day
After one or a few single implants, neither travel nor flying is an obstacle.
After an All-on procedure we advise against flying or travelling immediately, as these are larger interventions. Rest and avoiding heavier physical effort are recommended for the first few days. That is why the first visit lasts five days. With one or a few single implants, travel is possible as early as the day after the procedure.
A lifetime guarantee on implants

The guarantee on implants is lifetime; on prosthetic work it is five years. It covers mechanical problems: breakage or damage to components, screws and the connection between implant and abutment. It does not cover biological complications: peri-implantitis, inflammation, the consequences of insufficient oral hygiene, smoking, or changes in general health. It is valid with regular annual check-ups.
