Write to us and tell us what troubles you or what you would like to change about your smile. If you have a panoramic or 3D CBCT scan, send it too; if not, we will tell you what is needed.
Step 2
A free consultation
We review your documentation and arrange a consultation, online or by phone. We explain the treatment options, how long treatment would take, and give an approximate estimate of the price. Ask anything you want to know.
Step 3
Planning the trip
Once you decide to come, we choose a date together that suits you. We help with the arrangements: accommodation and the airport transfer are agreed with you in advance, so you arrive without stress.
Step 4
Your arrival
On arrival we carry out a thorough examination, confirm the treatment plan and begin treatment. Throughout your stay the team is at your disposal whenever you need anything.
Common questions before the trip
Can I know the price before I come?
Yes. From the information and X-rays you send us we prepare an outline offer, and the packages have public prices on the price list. The final treatment plan and the final price are confirmed after the examination and the CBCT scan at the practice.
How long do I need to stay?
It depends on the treatment. For simpler procedures a few days are enough. With All-on treatment the first visit lasts five working days, and the whole protocol has three visits and eleven days in total. With single implants two visits are usually enough, a few months apart for healing.
Will it hurt?
Most procedures are performed under local anaesthesia, so you feel no pain during treatment. After the procedure some mild discomfort is possible for a few days, which is completely normal. You receive clear instructions so recovery goes as smoothly as possible.
Do you help with the travel?
Yes. We want the whole trip to be as simple as possible: we help with organising travel and accommodation, and during your stay we are always available. Tell us what you need when we speak.
What should I bring?
If you have a panoramic X-ray, a 3D CBCT scan or other dental records, bring them. If not, we take all the necessary X-rays here.
What if I have a question after returning home?
We stay in touch after treatment is finished. If you have any question or doubt, get in touch; we are here to help. The guarantee on implants is lifetime and is valid with regular annual check-ups.
