Every photograph is from the practice, published with the patient’s recorded, specific and revocable consent. The case descriptions were written by the practice’s doctors; the type of work differs from case to case, and only an examination shows what the right solution would be for you. Case 1. Both jaws were restored with All-on-6.
Case 2. Starting point: complete tooth loss in the upper and lower jaw, with the loss of chewing function and facial aesthetics. Treatment: the All-on-4 concept in both jaws — four implants per jaw as the base for a fixed restoration. Definitive restoration: fixed composite teeth on a precisely made titanium base.
Case 3. In this patient the remaining teeth could not, unfortunately, be saved. They became, however, the key to a new beginning. Extraction and natural augmentation: with a special technology we processed the patient’s extracted teeth into autologous bone material. Instead of artificial bone we used the patient’s own tissue – the body accepts it completely, and the bone regenerates faster and more safely. Implant placement: four implants above and four below. Definitive restoration: after six months of osseointegration we fitted two fixed bridges on a titanium base with individual zirconia-ceramic crowns.
Case 4. Both jaws were restored with All-on-6.
Case 5. Full-mouth rehabilitation with zirconia-ceramic crowns. Starting point: pronounced damage to the teeth, loss of bite height and a compromised smile. Treatment plan: complete functional and aesthetic reconstruction of the upper and lower jaw. Choice of material: zirconia-ceramic crowns — chosen for their high biocompatibility, exceptional mechanical strength and natural refraction of light. Result: bite stability restored, the remaining tooth structure protected, and a natural, harmonious smile.
Case 6. Both jaws were restored with All-on-4.
Case 7. Zirconia-ceramic crowns were placed in both jaws.
Case 8. Treatment plan: complete prosthetic rehabilitation to replace the lost teeth and protect the remaining ones. Choice of material: zirconia-ceramic crowns and bridges — offering top mechanical durability, perfect biocompatibility with the gums and natural light transmission with no visible metal edges. Result: bite stability restored, an even, natural row of teeth and lasting functional and aesthetic harmony of the face.
Case 9. For this patient we transformed the smile with zirconia-ceramic crowns. Our primary aim was to correct irregularities of shape, even out the colour and restore a healthy, radiant look to the teeth, while keeping the overall result natural.
Case 10. New function and a natural smile: the All-on-6 concept with a composite restoration on a titanium bar. Complete tooth loss, or the loss of many teeth, need not mean compromising on comfort and aesthetics. In this case we successfully carried out a complete fixed rehabilitation of the jaw using the modern All-on-6 concept.
Case 11. In this patient two implants were placed on each side in the back regions of the upper jaw, to replace the missing teeth and establish stable chewing function. After four months of healing and osseointegration we made the definitive restoration: zirconia-ceramic crowns on the implants, joined aesthetically and functionally with the crowns on the patient’s own teeth. The result is a harmonious relationship between implants and natural teeth, with a natural-looking smile, stable function and a long-lasting prosthetic solution.
Case 12. A new smile with zirconia-ceramic crowns. This patient had a complete aesthetic and functional rehabilitation of the smile with zirconia-ceramic crowns. Particular care went into the shape, size and shade of the crowns, for a natural, harmonious look matched to the patient’s face and smile. Zirconia ceramic offers excellent aesthetics, natural translucency and high strength, which makes it one of the finest solutions for a lasting aesthetic and functional restoration of the teeth. The result is a natural, fresh and harmonious smile.
Case 13. In this patient the necks of the upper canines (the threes) sat too high, which disturbed the harmony of tooth shape and gum line when she smiled. For a more regular and aesthetically balanced relationship between teeth and gums, the SMAT technique came first – a surgical correction of the gum level and the soft-tissue contour that shapes the gum line and moves it to the desired position. After the procedure a month was left for complete healing and stabilisation of the tissue. Once healed, we made zirconia-ceramic crowns, carefully planned to the shape of the face, the smile and the new gum line. The result is a more natural look of the teeth, a more harmonious gum line and a more balanced smile.
Case 14. For this patient we removed old, worn-out crowns that no longer met aesthetic or functional criteria. After thorough preparation and planning, new zirconia-ceramic crowns were made, matched to the natural shape of the smile and the proportions of the face. The aim of the treatment was a natural, balanced and beautiful smile, together with restored function and a long-lasting restoration. The result is a fresher, more natural and more harmonious smile.
Case 15. Zirconia-ceramic crowns were placed in both jaws.
Case 16. A new smile, new confidence. Our patient wanted one thing – to be truly happy with her smile again. We made zirconia-ceramic crowns in the upper and lower jaw, carefully matched to her face, her proportions and her natural smile. The aim was not just beautiful teeth, but a smile that looks natural and harmonious and gives her back confidence and pleasure every time she smiles. Because a beautiful smile is not only aesthetics – it is the feeling of no longer holding back when we laugh.
Case 17. Rehabilitation after terminal periodontitis. The patient suffered from terminal periodontitis with complete loss of bone support. Although the teeth looked relatively preserved, saving them was no longer possible, so all the remaining teeth were extracted. After thorough diagnostics, four implants were placed in each jaw, following the All-on-4 concept. After four months of healing, the definitive restoration was made with composite teeth on a titanium bar. The treatment restored chewing function, stability and the natural look of the smile.
