What this website collects
Without your consent, the visit leaves no trace with us: the website then sets no measurement or advertising cookies. With your consent, given in the banner, the analytics and advertising described below switch on. The website receives personal data only when you send it to us yourself through the contact form.
The contact form and X-rays
The booking form takes a name, a phone number, an email address if you wish to leave one, a message and, if you attach one, an X-ray of the jaw. It is sent only with your explicit consent, ticked in the form itself. X-rays are stored outside the public part of the website, are visible only to the practice staff, are used solely for booking and assessment, and are deleted at your request.
What happens when you call us
Phone calls and messages serve booking and assessment. The information you give us then (name, phone number, a description of your complaints) is used solely to arrange the appointment and prepare the consultation.
Health data and X-rays
Panoramic and CBCT scans reach us through the form with explicit consent, or by direct contact, always on your initiative and for the purpose of assessment. We pass X-rays to no one and use them for no other purpose. Publication of any patient photograph is possible only with recorded, specific and revocable consent.
Cookies, measurement and advertising
With your consent, the website activates Google Analytics (visit measurement), Microsoft Clarity (anonymised views of how pages are used) and the advertising tools of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through Google Tag Manager. Before you decide, none of these tools is loaded and the site sends no third-party requests at all; if you decline, it stays that way. Which cookies exist and how long they last is on the Cookies page; you change your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Data shared with advertising platforms
If you have consented to marketing and you submit the form, the phone number and the email address (if you entered one) are sent to Google and Meta for conversion measurement, in hashed form (SHA-256) — the procedure those platforms call Enhanced Conversions and Advanced Matching; the email address also reaches Google in plain form, which Google hashes immediately. The content of your message, X-rays and any health data are never sent, under any circumstances.
Data transfers
The recipients of these data are Google Ireland Ltd, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd; processing may include transfers to the United States, under the safeguards those recipients apply (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses). Form data is stored on the practice’s server, and a new inquiry is additionally delivered to the practice by email in full — all entered details, the message content and the attached scans — through the processor Mailgun (Sinch Mailgun, EU region). If you entered an email address in the form, a confirmation of receipt is delivered to it through the same processor — with the practice's contact details, without the content of your message.
External links
The website contains links to Google Maps and Google reviews; when you open them, the privacy rules of those services apply. In the reviews section the website also shows the reviewers’ profile photos, which your browser loads directly from Google’s servers: Google sees your IP address in that request, and we send nothing (the photos are requested without a referrer).
Your rights and contact
You can withdraw consent at any time: for cookies via “Cookie settings” in the footer, for everything else by a message to the practice.
